We understand plans change. Our cancellation terms are designed to be fair and transparent.
Free Cancellation
Cancellations made 72 hours or more before check-in are eligible for a full refund of the amount paid.
Partial Charge
Cancellations made between 24 and 72 hours before check-in are charged one night's tariff.
Late Cancellation
Cancellations within 24 hours of check-in, or no-shows, are non-refundable.
How to Cancel
To cancel, contact our reception by phone, WhatsApp or email with your Booking ID. Cancellation is effective from the time of confirmation by our team.
